Cafe review: “A Casa Ca.fe”

A Casa Ca.fe:

~ My wanderlust in the search of good coffee and coffee places took me to this little gem “A Casa Ca.fe.”
I kept wandering in the same street for couple of days (don’t know what kept me waiting) but then one day just popped-in and I’m happy that I did :). A Casa Cafe literally means At Home Cafe.

A casa ca.fe owned by two and managed by three lovely ladies. A charming little place reflects the personal taste of its chaperones. Very feminine decor with a nice display of artworks.  One doesn’t need a second glance to fall in love with this homely place, absolutely a love at first sight.

Apart from very friendly hosts, the smell and taste of the coffee, selection of desserts and bruschetta is over the top. In house specialty is coffee with cream and pistachio, which you can’t find anywhere else in Florence. Great lunch menu, healthy options for aperitivo and highly recommended for breakfast.

A non touristy place where locals are the regular, old buddies having a chat over a cup of coffee and laughing at life together. Met a beautiful ballerina on my first visit who danced for me and I danced with her. Had a great time with these two beautiful ladies who also paid for my coffee, a sweet gesture that made my day. A Casa Ca.Fe you are truly a house cafe.
